This is a simple post for everyone to see my progress of the 1 year mark.
In 365 Days - 1 year = 100 lbs & 57.5" inches lost.
I am still working very hard to shape the body the way I want, burn the excess fat and challenge myself physically every day.
I'm kickboxing now, walked just yesterday close to 8 miles on Saturday I walked 3 but the last mile I jogged off and on.
I am taking strides in leaps and bounds in my mind.
