Hope everyone is having a successful and Happy New Year. One of my followers asked for my Olive Salad recipe to be posted so I thought I would get it out there.
This was something I made as an appetizer during my annual Christmas Eve celebration.
I also prepped it this week for a good fat option for my meal structure. This recipe was passed down to me and was something I loved to have at various family parties.

Spanish Olives w/ Pimentos - 2 small jars (7oz each)
Black Olives - Large / Pitted - 2 cans
Mushroom Stems & Pieces - 2 small cans
Celery - stalk, including leaves
Vinegar - Apple Cider or Red Wine - 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - Pinch
Garlic Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Finally chop Olives, Mushrooms & Celery
Toss with Vinegar, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder and Oregano
That simple and delish!
